Role Summary

As a Retail Team Member, you will help build a strong store culture and support an excellent customer experience across the business. The role covers both customer-facing and behind-the-scenes work, and contributes to merchandising, stock handling, and overall store presentation.

Key Duties

• Support different areas of the store, including front-of-house customer service and back-of-house operations.
• Deliver high-quality service before, during, and after the sale.
• Help maintain the JB Hi-Fi brand experience by assisting with product merchandising on the sales floor.
• Support the receipt, movement, and processing of stock into the store in line with receiving procedures.
