Role summary
We are looking for an Associate Recruiter for a client engagement on a full-time remote basis. This position focuses on identifying, evaluating, and shortlisting strong candidates for open roles while supporting the full hiring cycle from sourcing through placement.
Work arrangement
This is a remote role that can be performed from anywhere in the United States.
Compensation
The pay range for this position is $15 to $20 per hour.
Key responsibilities
- Find and engage potential candidates using job boards, social platforms, and professional networking channels.
- Review resumes and carry out first-round interviews to judge fit, qualifications, and alignment with the team culture.
- Arrange interviews between candidates and hiring teams, and handle scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups.
- Keep candidate data, communication history, and hiring progress updated in the ATS and related recruitment tools.
- Work closely with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs and refine role requirements.
Required experience and skills
- Background in end-to-end recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and successful placement.
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting platforms.
- Clear and professional communication skills for interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to manage several open requisitions at once while staying organized and detail-oriented.
- Working knowledge of job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search methods.
