Role Overview
We are looking for a full-time remote recruiter in Pakistan to join a U.S.-focused recruiting team. This is a hands-on sourcing and recruiting position, not an HR/generalist role. The main focus is to locate strong candidates, reach out to them, screen them, and move qualified people through the hiring pipeline.
The core goal of this role is to generate qualified interview opportunities for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Find candidates through recruiting tools, professional networks, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Assess whether candidates match client hiring needs and role requirements.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for multiple open positions.
- Continuously grow and refresh candidate pools.
- Place daily outbound calls to candidates.
- Communicate with prospects through text and email as part of follow-up and outreach.
- Maintain regular contact with candidates to keep them engaged.
- Build rapport with passive candidates.
- Run initial screening conversations to check experience, industry background, technical fit, pay expectations, location and travel factors, availability, and interest level.
- Record detailed notes after every candidate conversation.
- Keep candidate information accurate and up to date in the recruiting system.
- Log outreach activity, progress, and candidate status in the platform.
- Organize sourcing lists and keep them current.
- Coordinate with account managers and prioritize roles based on business needs.
- Take part in recruiting meetings and raise blockers quickly.
- Work toward daily recruiting targets, with phone outreach as the top priority.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition.
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Confident phone communication and comfort with outbound calling.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, or a similar ATS/recruiting platform.
- Reliable internet connection.
- A quiet home office setup.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Self-driven and able to work independently.
Preferred Industry Background
Experience recruiting for any of the following areas is considered an advantage: construction, electrical contracting, mechanical contracting, infrastructure, manufacturing, industrial, energy, engineering, accounting, and professional services.
Success Measures
Performance will be evaluated based on qualified candidates sourced, outbound calls completed, screening interviews conducted, candidate submissions, interviews generated, response rates, time-to-submit, and overall pipeline quality.
What Strong Performance Looks Like
A successful recruiter in this role consistently finds hard-to-reach candidates, makes calls regularly, builds meaningful candidate relationships, produces strong submissions, responds quickly, maintains accurate notes, keeps pipelines organized, and takes ownership of assigned roles.
Work Schedule
This is a full-time remote position based in Pakistan. The selected candidate must be available to work aligned with U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
