Role Overview

We are seeking a meticulous Quotation Specialist to handle customer pricing requests and deliver fast, accurate support from Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. In this position, you will collaborate with customers, suppliers, technicians, and sales partners to build complete quotations, verify request details, and keep opportunities progressing smoothly through the sales process. The right candidate will be highly organized, comfortable working across multiple priorities, and committed to a strong standard of accuracy.

Responsibilities

Draft and release customer quotations with a strong focus on completeness, precision, and prompt turnaround.
Review incoming quotation requests, confirm specifications, and follow up when information is missing so proposals are dependable.
Work with suppliers and internal technical teams to obtain up-to-date pricing, lead times, and details for nonstandard or special-order items.
Keep pricing records current for requested products and services so customers and internal teams receive reliable information.
Partner with sales colleagues to review opportunities, support qualification, and help move strong prospects through the pipeline.
Log opportunity activity, status changes, and forecast data in business systems to support monthly and annual planning.
Prepare complete and verified order-entry paperwork for service administration teams to help downstream processing run smoothly.
Answer customer questions and concerns in a timely manner while building effective working relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Provide administrative assistance such as data entry, reporting, customer onboarding, and participation in team meetings.
Identify and support process improvements that increase efficiency, consistency, and overall quotation performance.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in quotation support, supply chain, sales support, customer service, or a similar operational function.
Practical understanding of supply chain logistics, supply chain management, and product or service fulfillment workflows.
Background in forecasting, pipeline tracking, reporting, or related analytical work used for business planning.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to verify quote requests and produce accurate documentation.
Capability to juggle competing priorities independently and stay organized in a fast-moving environment.
Clear communication skills for interacting with customers, suppliers, technical teams, and internal stakeholders.
Comfort using data entry tools, business systems, and standard office software for quote tracking, reporting, and recordkeeping.
Exposure to production planning or similar coordination work is an advantage.
