- Design custom combustion systems and related industrial equipment.
- Create mechanical layouts and designs based on customer specifications, process requirements, and project goals.
- Carry out burner sizing and combustion calculations as required by the project.
- Select and size control devices, flow measurement instruments, and other combustion components.
- Prepare and review drawings, models, bills of materials, and manufacturing documentation.
- Ensure all designs meet relevant codes, standards, and customer requirements.
- Spot technical risks and develop workable solutions to address project issues.
- Support manufacturing, assembly, testing, installation, and start-up activities from an engineering standpoint.
- Work with drafting teams to produce accurate and efficient manufacturing drawings.
- Review burner systems, technical drawings, and engineering files for correctness, functionality, and compliance.
- Assist with troubleshooting and provide technical input during commissioning and execution.
- Take part in project close-out discussions, capture lessons learned, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
