Role overview
The Cobbler is seeking an organized and proactive Production Coordinator to support its Atelier operations in Dubai. This position is a good fit for someone who can keep production flowing efficiently, maintain accurate records, and help teams stay aligned throughout the work cycle.
Key responsibilities
In this role, you will coordinate day-to-day production work, keep track of items in progress, watch deadlines closely, prepare production updates, and make sure information moves smoothly between Production, Quality Control, and Client Services.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years of experience in production coordination, manufacturing, workshop operations, or a comparable environment. Strong organization, reporting, and communication abilities are essential. You should also be comfortable using Microsoft Excel and production tracking tools. Background in manufacturing, craftsmanship, luxury services, or artisan-led operations will be considered an advantage. Immediate availability or the ability to join on short notice is required.

This role is based in Al Quoz, Dubai, UAE.
