Role overview

The Solutions and Business Process Support team is responsible for supporting and maintaining the APN (Business Productivity Analysis System), defining its operating rules, and helping drive the ongoing development of the enterprise management system. The team also tracks updates to regulations issued by the Central Bank of Brazil (BCB) and the Federal Revenue Service of Brazil (RFB), ensuring systems are correctly configured and that cooperatives are informed about those changes. In addition, the area carries out regulatory research, accounting guidance, consulting, training, support, and ticket handling within SLA targets.

Main responsibilities

  • Support the mapping, documentation, and updating of operational workflows and procedures to help standardize processes and improve them continuously.
  • Assist in tracking performance indicators (KPIs) and service levels (SLAs), helping interpret results and spot improvement opportunities.
  • Help prepare and review manuals, management reports, presentations, and other process-related documents.
  • Perform controls and maintain records linked to quality management and process compliance, ensuring information remains accurate and complete.
  • Support internal audits and follow up on action plans arising from findings and identified improvement points.
  • Contribute ideas and execution support for process improvements aimed at greater efficiency, better quality, and reduced risk.
  • Organize, control, and keep up to date all documentation related to the Quality Management System and the processes owned by the area.
  • Provide support to teams served by the Shared Services Center (CSC), encouraging best practices and adherence to established procedures.
  • Take part in initiatives focused on standardization, governance, and continuous organizational improvement.

Required profile

  • Completed higher education in Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  • Hands-on knowledge of process modeling and management using BPMN.
  • Experience with quality management, continuous improvement, or corporate processes.
  • Understanding of internal audits, controls, and indicator management.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to produce technical documents.
  • Ability to analyze data and monitor performance indicators.
  • Familiarity with Lean, PDCA, or similar methodologies.
