Role Overview

This position is centered on payroll administration and the smooth handling of employee master data, with close coordination across internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Run the monthly payroll process accurately and on time.
• Maintain and update employee master records.
• Serve as the main contact for payroll-related questions from staff.
• Coordinate with social insurance providers and public authorities.
• Prepare evaluations, reports, and payroll-related analyses.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with HR and external service providers.
• Help improve and streamline payroll workflows.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification.
• Several years of hands-on experience in payroll processing.
• Solid knowledge of payroll tax and social security regulations.
• Confident use of standard payroll software and MS Excel.
• Well-structured, dependable way of working.
• High level of discretion and sense of responsibility.
• Good command of German.
