Role Overview
The business is hiring a Payroll Executive to support its head office team in Malta. This role focuses on payroll administration, employee lifecycle coordination, reporting, and handling staff queries accurately and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate employee joining and exit processes from a payroll perspective.
- Compute salaries correctly and work through payroll discrepancies.
- Prepare and review monthly payroll reports.
- Address employee questions about payslips and provide clear guidance.
- Complete FS5 documentation and file FS7 submissions online.
- Support other tasks connected to payroll operations as needed.
Requirements
- O’ Level qualification and 1 to 2 years of experience in payroll.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, with Excel being particularly important.
- Experience using Indigo payroll software will be considered an advantage.
- Ability to communicate well in both Maltese and English.
