Part-Time Entry-Level Data Entry Typist

About the Role

CodeVertex Innovations LLC is looking for a part-time, entry-level Data Entry Typist to help keep internal records accurate, documentation orderly, and remote workflows running smoothly. This position plays a key part in maintaining dependable business information that can be used confidently across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Input, revise, and keep records current in internal systems, spreadsheets, and workflow tools.
• Check incoming information for completeness, correct formatting, repeated entries, and basic data consistency.
• Keep digital documents organized and maintain files in line with internal process requirements.
• Share task progress, missing details, and any exceptions clearly with team leads.
• Handle customer, applicant, business, and operational information with a high level of confidentiality.

Required Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail along with strong communication, organization, and dependability.
• Comfort working remotely with initiative and consistent follow-through.
• Ability to operate effectively in a structured workplace environment.
• Capability to manage records, documentation, systems, or operational tasks accurately.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting remote teams or handling documentation-focused work.
• Familiarity with common workplace tools such as spreadsheets, email, calendars, CRM, ATS, ticketing, or reporting platforms.
• Ability to maintain precision while completing recurring tasks across internal systems.

Work Environment
