Role Overview
This position is centered on handling a variety of order-processing activities, including repairs, customized requests, and cancellations. The specialist will manage the full order fulfillment flow with strong accuracy, speed, and ownership. The role calls for a solid grasp of order systems, inventory control, and coordination across teams. It also plays an important part in resolving complicated order problems, improving workflows, and supporting a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete fulfillment journey for orders from initial receipt through final completion.
- Check, verify, and process complex or priority orders in the company’s internal platforms.
- Watch order movement closely and act early to reduce delays or operational bottlenecks.
- Follow up on unresolved orders and address issues that could slow down procurement or shipment.
- Investigate and fix order mismatches, system issues, and fulfillment-related problems.
- Review incoming messages in the order management system and respond promptly.
- Handle canceled orders, QC failures, Quick Fix cases, and HD orders.
- Act as a point of escalation for order-related concerns and provide effective resolutions.
- Work closely with Customer Service, Production, Quality Assurance, and Shipping teams to keep operations running smoothly.
- Support the processing of repairs and custom orders while meeting service expectations.
- Help maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and discrepancy correction.
- Keep order status records and fulfillment activity documentation accurate and current.
- Train and support Order Fulfillment Associates when needed.
- Contribute to the creation and ongoing refinement of standard operating procedures.
- Give priority to urgent and high-value orders while maintaining quality, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe in line with operational standards.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in order processing, customer service, or a similar complex order-management role.
- Strong focus on accuracy and detail.
- Able to work quickly and with a strong sense of urgency.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- Intermediate ability with Microsoft Word and Excel, plus general computer proficiency.
- Good troubleshooting ability and strong follow-through on instructions.
- 2–3 years of related experience is preferred.

Additional Information
The hourly pay range for this role is $21.00 to $23.00, with the final rate determined by experience and qualifications. The company will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.
