Role Overview

The Order Builder role is a full-time position based in Gainesville, Florida. This is an immediate hire opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced environment and wants to contribute to a team serving local communities.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time Monday through Friday role. Working hours may change depending on the day, and additional schedule details will be shared during the interview process.

Compensation

The pay rate for this position ranges from $14.00 to $18.00 per hour.

What You Will Do

• Pick items accurately and efficiently using the company’s technology-guided process.
• Remove and discard products that are damaged, unsafe, or no longer usable.
• Handle frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs. throughout the workday.
• Support a team that helps prepare orders and keeps operations moving smoothly.
