Role Overview
Rising Above the Storms (RAS) is looking for a part-time Operations / Project Manager to help drive execution across its U.S. and Rwanda initiatives. This is a remote contractor position based in the United States and is suited to someone who can keep projects moving, maintain clear documentation, and support day-to-day operational follow-through.
What You’ll Do
The role centers on organizing workstreams, tracking progress, documenting actions and decisions, and ensuring tasks are completed reliably. You will also work with tools such as Airtable or Google Sheets and use AI or automation in a practical way to improve workflow efficiency.
Working Hours
- About 10 hours each week
- Preference for 2–3 hours of overlap with U.S. Eastern Time
Compensation
Pay is set at $40 to $55 per hour.
Experience Needed
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
