Operations Manager

Role Overview

An expanding restaurant operator in Doha is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the business end to end. This leadership position carries responsibility for overall performance, including full profit and loss ownership, and reports directly to the CEO. The main focus will be improving profitability, service quality, and execution of the company’s growth plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Assume complete responsibility for business operations and full operational P&L management.
• Spot, develop, train, and mentor the leadership team so they can deliver initiatives that sustain strong performance and service standards.
• Keep customer satisfaction at the highest possible level and ensure operating standards are monitored effectively.
• Make sure each restaurant executes local store marketing, national campaigns, new products, and process changes successfully.
• Apply proven operational practices and improve efficiency across all locations.
• Look ahead for business opportunities and emerging market trends, and take action to keep the brand aligned with customer expectations.
• Set the pace through a hands-on leadership style and actively motivate and empower the team.
• Manage labour cost, productivity, and operational efficiency effectively.
• Build strong professional networks, stay current with market developments, and drive initiatives that strengthen the business and brand.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an Operations Manager role is mandatory.
• Strong background in managing full business P&L is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are required.
• You should be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and leading in a highly practical, hands-on manner.
• Experience in developing, implementing, and training SOPs is required.
