Role overview

This part-time remote position supports the day-to-day running of cybersecurity operations. The role focuses on keeping workflows organized, helping the team stay on track, and ensuring operational tasks are completed smoothly from within Australia.

What you will do

You will coordinate calendars and schedules, keep documentation well arranged, update internal tools and records, and help track ongoing processes and reports. The role also involves handling simple customer questions, directing requests to the right team members, and maintaining accurate interaction logs. In addition, you will assist with monitoring workflows, spotting small process gaps, and contributing to operational improvements.

Requirements and qualifications

• Background in operations or operations management is useful for supporting routine workflows and coordination.
• Strong analytical ability to review information, notice trends, and support efficiency improvements.
• Clear communication and customer service skills for handling inquiries professionally and courteously.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup, manage time well, and follow documented procedures.
• Comfort using common productivity and collaboration tools such as spreadsheets, task trackers, and video meeting platforms.
• High attention to detail and dependable record-keeping for documentation and reporting.
• Experience in operations, administration, or customer support is an advantage, though it is not required.
• Applicants must live in Australia and be legally allowed to work there.
