Role Overview
The Auckland Office Coordinator will handle onsite administrative and office coordination duties to keep the workplace running smoothly and to a high standard. The role supports daily office operations, facilities and vendor coordination, and assistance with travel, events, and office services, helping maintain a consistent employee experience across the ANZ administration team.
Customer Service
- Cover reception and phone duties during office hours from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
- Greet office visitors, direct them appropriately, and provide assistance as needed.
Administrative Support
- Help plan and book offsite company events.
- Assist with preparation tasks for the monthly Town Hall presentation.
- Handle assigned service requests within the expected service timeframe.
- Arrange catering for onsite meetings.
- Manage visitor Wi-Fi access requests.
- Process visitor parking requests for New Zealand.
- Review and update the Compass Administration page each month to keep the information accurate and current.
- Support administration initiatives that strengthen collaboration and improve team processes.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of office administration practices and procedures.
- Confident and clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Good time management, people skills, adaptability, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new tools and systems.
- Strong customer orientation.
- Excellent attention to detail.
