About the Role
We are hiring a motivated recruiter to identify, assess, and place suitable candidates while keeping the hiring process smooth for both applicants and client teams. This opportunity is based in Sector V, Kolkata.
Compensation
For freshers, the take-home pay can go up to INR 13,000 to 15,000 per month, along with benefits and incentives. For candidates with prior experience, the offer may be a 10% to 25% increase over the current CTC.
What You Will Do
- Gain a clear understanding of each role, its responsibilities, and the client’s hiring expectations.
- Coordinate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to align on sourcing and selection plans.
- Search for suitable candidates through job boards, social platforms, and internal databases.
- Review resumes and conduct first-round conversations to check fitment and skills.
- Arrange interviews and keep both candidates and hiring teams informed throughout the process.
- Stay in touch with applicants regularly and share timely updates on their status.
- Build and maintain a talent pool for upcoming hiring needs.
- Develop rapport with candidates to encourage referrals and long-term engagement.
- Receive training on recruitment methods, interview handling, industry trends, ATS usage, and related tools.
Profile We Are Looking For
- Fresh graduates can apply, except candidates with B.Tech, BE, or MCA backgrounds.
- Comfortable communicating in English and Hindi.
- Good people-handling and negotiation ability.
- Basic familiarity with computers, MS Office, and Google Sheets.
- Self-driven, eager to learn, and focused on goals.
- Able to perform well in a busy, fast-moving work setting.
