Role Overview
This position is for a Nexthink Administrator with Tata Consultancy Services, based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. The role calls for strong hands-on experience in Nexthink administration, infrastructure-as-code practices, and automation-oriented work within IT operations.
Technical Requirements
The core technical stack includes Nexthink and IaC. Candidates should also bring useful exposure to PowerShell and Shell scripting.
Experience Required
A candidate with 6 to 10 years of relevant experience is expected for this role.
Key Competencies
- Strong working knowledge of PowerShell scripting.
- Ability to manage remote actions and investigations used for monitoring.
- Experience in building custom dashboards for remote actions.
