Machine Learning Engineer - AI Trainer

Role Overview

This position is for an established Machine Learning Engineer who will help improve AI systems by contributing coding expertise and evaluating model outputs. You will join a large global community of engineers working on practical AI training tasks across areas such as frontend, backend, full-stack, machine learning, and related disciplines.

The work combines flexibility with technical challenge. Typical tasks include creating and solving programming problems, developing polished applications with strong functionality, and interpreting data through analysis and visualization. Your contributions will help refine intelligent systems as they continue to learn and improve.

Some people use this opportunity alongside another full-time job, while others make it their primary work and choose projects that suit their own schedule and availability.

How the Process Works

After creating an account, you will complete a brief assessment that acts as the selection step. If you are successful, you will receive confirmation by email and paid assignments will become available through the platform.

Responsibilities

• Create and solve a variety of coding challenges that support AI training, with a particular focus on Android-related development.
• Produce well-structured code examples and explain solutions clearly.
• Review AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability.
• Share feedback that helps improve future AI model performance.

Requirements

• Strong command of English, at native or bilingual level.
• Preferred hands-on experience with Kotlin.
• Working knowledge of at least one relevant language or framework such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, or Swift.
• Solid writing ability and proper grammar.
• Bachelor’s degree completed or currently being pursued.
• Prior experience as a software developer, coder, software engineer, or programmer is an advantage.
• This opportunity is available only to candidates located in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand.
• The role is offered as an independent contractor arrangement.

Compensation and Payment

Work is paid on an hourly basis, with rates starting at USD 50 to USD 100+ per hour depending on the project, and some assignments offering even higher pay. Payments are processed through PayPal, and currency conversion from USD is handled by PayPal where needed.

Additional Information

You will choose the projects you want to take on and decide when to work. The work can be completed from home on your own computer.
