About the Team
Shopee’s Regional Learning & Development group focuses on helping employees grow, build capability, and perform at a high level. The team creates practical, engaging, and effective learning experiences that support a fast-moving business environment. In this internship, you will contribute to the planning and delivery of L&D programmes rolled out across global teams, reaching thousands of employees and leaders.
This role offers the chance to support meaningful learning initiatives, help drive organisational impact, and contribute to the future of learning at Shopee.
What You Will Do
- Help coordinate learning programmes and events from start to finish, covering activities before, during, and after training sessions.
- Support the creation of learning assets such as case studies, presentation slides, visual materials, and e-learning content.
- Handle day-to-day administration of the Learning Portal and LMS, including enrolments, attendance tracking, and updating course materials.
- Prepare newsletters and maintain communication with participants across different engagement channels and touchpoints.
- Analyse data and build reports on training and e-learning effectiveness using surveys, assessments, and learning analytics.
- Take on other tasks as needed to support the team.
What We’re Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Strong written and verbal communication, project coordination, and people skills.
- A quick learner with a strong interest in learning and development.
- Someone who is organised, attentive to detail, and able to adapt in a changing environment.
- A proactive, self-driven team player with a positive, can-do approach.
- Comfort using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with design software such as Adobe Illustrator or Canva, e-learning tools such as Articulate Rise or LMS platforms, as well as copywriting or storyboarding, would be an advantage; training will be provided.
- Preference for interns who can commit full-time for 3 to 6 months.
