Kalkulator:in (m/w/d)

Position Overview

STRABAG is looking for a Kalkulator:in (m/w/d) to support the preparation of precise, commercially viable construction quotations and calculation work in Berlin.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare commercially sound offers for construction projects.
• Calculate the cost of construction services through in-house estimates and pricing requests to suppliers and subcontractors.
• Assist operational teams by creating technical and financial calculations.
• Consolidate individual trade calculations into one overall project calculation.
• Monitor calculations and tender preparation with full responsibility.
• Develop bid and work calculations.
• Create alternative solutions and special proposals.

Qualifications

• A completed degree in civil engineering from a university of applied sciences or technical university, or an equivalent qualification.
• Several years of relevant professional experience as a cost estimator or in a similar role.
• Good command of MS Office and strong experience with billing and estimating software, ideally RIB iTWO.
• Independent, committed, and team-oriented working style.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and approach.
• Strong assertiveness and communication skills.
