- Coordinate with teammates through virtual collaboration tools.

Requirements
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Customer service or call center experience is preferred.
- Good active listening skills and a high level of empathy.
- Ability to stay composed when dealing with pressure or difficult situations.
- Comfort with learning new software and support systems.
- Fast and accurate typing for documentation work.
