Junior Content Manager

About the role

You will join a fast-scaling direct-to-consumer health and wellness company in London that has earned strong recognition as one of the UK’s fastest-growing businesses. The brand gained major momentum after appearing on a well-known investment television show and receiving backing from large technology companies, and it is now expanding rapidly in the market.

What you will do

• Work closely with the founders and document day-to-day behind-the-scenes moments across a range of business activities.
• Turn the founders’ experience and growth story into compelling content aimed at athletes, entrepreneurs, and wellness-focused audiences.
• Produce short-form content designed for channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Track social media trends and use them to improve reach and performance.
• Create strong, attention-grabbing hooks that encourage viewers to stop and engage.
• Keep the content schedule structured and up to date so output remains consistent.

What you’ll need

• Genuine interest in social media, personal branding, and understanding what drives online engagement.
• Solid short-form video editing ability, ideally using tools such as CapCut or Premiere.
• Good judgement about what makes content interesting, shareable, and effective.
• Comfort working at pace and producing a large amount of content efficiently.
• Strong planning skills, attention to detail, and a self-starting approach.
• Interest in entrepreneurship, wellness, and high-performance culture.
