International Voice Process Executive

Role Overview

This position is for an International Voice Process Executive at IntouchCX in Bengaluru. The role is suited to candidates who have prior exposure to international customer support and are comfortable working in a voice-based environment.

Compensation

The salary is up to INR 30,000 take-home per month, depending on the candidate’s experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Take inbound and outbound calls from customers across international markets.
• Address customer issues in a prompt, courteous, and effective manner.
• Work to keep customer satisfaction levels consistently high.
• Adhere to the organization’s process requirements and quality benchmarks.
• Record customer interactions and case details accurately.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must have at least 6 months and up to 5 years of experience in an International Voice Process role.
• Strong spoken English is mandatory.
• Applicants should have good active listening and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts, is required.

Preferred Profile

• Experience handling customers in a BPO or call center setting is preferred.
• Ability to manage a large number of calls efficiently will be an advantage.
• A positive mindset and a collaborative approach are desirable.

Additional Information

Graduation is not compulsory for this role.

Interested candidates should have strong English communication skills and relevant experience in international customer handling.
