Role overview
This position focuses on assisting customers over phone, email, and chat while supporting the sales team in day-to-day coordination and target achievement. The role is based in Bengaluru and is suitable for fresh graduates, with no prior work experience needed.
Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt and professional support to customers through calls, emails, or chat channels.
- Respond to customer questions, troubleshoot concerns, and offer suitable resolutions within a reasonable turnaround time.
- Keep client interaction details updated and organized in CRM tools.
- Work closely with team members to help meet sales goals and raise overall team output.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication ability in Hindi.
- Comfortable handling non-voice support work such as email-based assistance and chat communication.
- Working knowledge of computers and familiarity with MS Office software.
- Open to fresh graduates; prior experience is not necessary.
Eligibility

Compensation
The role offers an annual package in the range of INR 3,00,000 to INR 3,50,000.
