Role Overview

The Human Resources Operations Specialist will oversee the daily flow of HR activities in Riyadh, making sure core processes run efficiently. The position focuses on employee data management, HR transactions, cross-team coordination, and compliance with internal policies as well as Saudi labor rules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out routine HR operations and keep the overall workflow running smoothly.
  • Maintain employee files and HR systems with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Manage HR transactions through government-related systems such as Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, Absher, and Ajeer.
  • Handle onboarding, offboarding, and contract changes in accordance with labor requirements.
  • Assist with payroll inputs, attendance monitoring, and leave administration.
  • Compile recurring HR reports covering attendance, workforce size, and employee turnover.
  • Keep data consistent and reliable across all HR platforms and records.
  • Support ongoing improvements to HR procedures and system performance.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
  • Solid understanding of Saudi labor regulations and HR operational practices.
  • Practical experience with, or familiarity with, government platforms including Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, Absher, and Ajeer.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel and HR reporting tasks.
