The Human Resource Manager will lead core HR activities for the organization in Pune, with responsibility for hiring, employee development, statutory compliance, workforce planning, and day-to-day people management.
Key responsibilities
The role covers end-to-end talent acquisition and employee development, along with maintaining compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
