The business has a turnover of more than Rs 1000 crores.

What the role involves

The selected professional will lead procurement operations with a strong focus on steel and metal sourcing. The job requires close collaboration with production teams, and the position reports directly to the CEO.

Candidate profile

The employer is looking for someone from a reputed company background with strong exposure to supply chain and procurement. Experience from steel companies or steel plants is preferred, along with hands-on exposure to sourcing in the steel, metal, manufacturing, fabrication, or engineering sectors. This is a leadership role with responsibility for supplier management and supplier development.

Requirements

Applicants should have a strong understanding of the steel industry. The role suits dynamic procurement or supply chain professionals who can work closely with production teams and contribute to procurement strategy and supplier capability building. Early joiners are preferred.

Compensation and growth
