Graduate Trainee

Program Overview

This graduate training opportunity in Abu Dhabi is a paid 90-day program across different departments, depending on the candidate’s academic background and current business needs. It is intended for fresh graduates who want practical workplace exposure, guidance from experienced professionals, and a smoother transition from university study into professional work.

During the program, trainees will join multidisciplinary teams, contribute to active projects, and take part in learning and development activities. They will also observe industry-standard practices while being supervised and coached by their line managers.

High-performing participants may be considered for permanent employment after the program, subject to organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support planning, research, analysis, and documentation work for assigned projects.
• Help prepare reports, presentations, technical materials, and project outputs.
• Work with colleagues from different functions to contribute to business goals and project needs.
• Show initiative, responsibility, and a strong desire to learn in a professional setting.
• Finish assigned tasks and project work within agreed deadlines.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree completed within the past two years from an accredited university.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, or an equivalent score.
• Genuine interest in innovation, technology, sustainability, engineering, or business transformation.
• Strong ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
