Team

The company has a headcount of 16. The team includes people who previously worked at firms such as Maven Securities, Radix, Nickel Digital, Tokka Labs, Blocktech, and Tianyan Capital. The organization has offices in Singapore and Shanghai, and also employs several people who work fully remotely from different locations around the world.

Growth Plans

The firm has already seen strong business results and expects substantial future growth. To support this, it is looking to expand its talent base.

• It plans to broaden its presence across additional trading venues. While the immediate emphasis is on crypto exchanges in Asia, the next stage includes market making on European and US crypto venues. It also expects to extend market making into CME and US-listed ETFs, which will introduce new technical complexity.
• Its systematic mid-frequency strategies are being extended into traditional markets, increasing the range of signals available for trading and helping the business benefit more from uncorrelated alpha.
• Its automated DeFi trading work is progressing well, and the firm intends to allocate more capital to strategies operating across both EVM and non-EVM chains.

Opportunity

The company is hiring interns and graduate talent for its Singapore office. Candidates from all academic and professional backgrounds are encouraged to apply, although there is a preference for applicants with strong quantitative training in subjects such as mathematics, physics, computer science, or statistics. Interest in trading is considered an advantage.

As a graduate software engineer, you will contribute to building ultra-low-latency systems, data infrastructure, and internal tooling that help transform research output into live revenue-generating trading systems. You will work alongside engineers who regularly deliver production-grade high-performance code and gain exposure to that environment as you grow.
