Bolt is hiring a practical, energetic Fleet Operations Driver for shift-based work in Kassel, Hesse. The role focuses on making sure the city’s e-scooter fleet is distributed efficiently, charged, safe to ride, and always ready for customers.

What you will do
- Drive company vans to move e-scooters around the city or exchange batteries when needed.
- Place scooters properly so streets and sidewalks stay clear and orderly.
- Locate misplaced scooters, inspect their condition, and either return them to the warehouse or make them available again on the streets.
- Carry out small roadside fixes to help keep more scooters in service.
- Support warehouse operations whenever extra help is required.
What we are looking for
- An EU B driving licence and confidence driving manual transmission vehicles.
- Reliable driving skills, good judgement, and familiarity with the local area to ensure safe journeys.
- Prior professional driving experience is helpful, though not mandatory.
- A proactive, hands-on mindset and willingness to take responsibility for practical challenges.
- Good command of the local language and comfort using smartphones and basic mechanical tools.
- English language ability is considered an advantage.
