Role Summary

The Executive Vice President will serve as a senior remote leader, accountable for shaping MSI Conseils’ strategic direction, accelerating growth, and ensuring efficient execution across the company’s IT and digital service portfolio. The role is responsible for aligning major business functions with organizational goals, supporting strong financial outcomes, and maintaining high service standards across connectivity, cloud, security, and managed services.

Key Accountabilities

This leader will oversee senior managers, define performance objectives, and steer long-range plans for expansion and customer success. The position requires ongoing review of business performance data, refinement of operational workflows, management of strategic alliances, and close collaboration with the executive team on budgeting, staffing decisions, and risk control. The Executive Vice President will also represent the company with important clients and external stakeholders, contribute to business development efforts, and help build a culture centered on innovation, responsibility, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate brings strong leadership experience across multiple teams or departments and has a history of setting strategy at a senior level. A solid background in IT, telecommunications, or cloud-based services is important, particularly in areas such as internet services, hosting, security, and managed support. The role also calls for proven capability in financial and operational management, including budgeting, forecasting, performance monitoring, and process improvement.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential, as is the ability to work with customers, partners, and internal teams. Experience supporting growth initiatives, including market research, partnership development, and expansion of service offerings, is highly relevant. The role further requires sound judgment, problem-solving ability, and risk management in a fast-paced technology environment.

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred, though equivalent professional experience may also be considered. Because this is a remote position, the candidate must be self-directed, well organized, and comfortable working with digital collaboration tools.
