Role overview
This position is based in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, and sits within the Sales & Marketing function. The role focuses on driving territory performance, strengthening dealer relationships, supporting contractor engagement, and ensuring smooth service delivery across the market.
Business objectives
- Create a monthly territory plan that supports the assigned business goals and work consistently toward target achievement.
- Help dealers meet their sales targets through regular visits, sharing scheme updates, and ensuring materials are delivered on time.
- Track the movement of core products as well as new and priority products, and support their growth in the market.
Market development and intelligence
- Identify and activate new dealer counters to widen the territory’s long-term sales opportunity.
- Review territory-level data to spot gaps and initiate corrective actions.
- Support the expansion and value improvement of the existing dealer network.
- Conduct promotional activities and product awareness meetings for dealers and contractors.
- Share timely market feedback on practices and product offerings to support scheme planning.
Dealer management
- Address dealer queries promptly to preserve a strong and productive relationship.
- Support dealers in resolving contractor and end-customer complaints or questions.
- Ensure dealers receive the required materials, services, and promotional aids through coordination with relevant teams.
Collections
- Drive collection of dealer payments in line with the defined benchmarks.
- Review outstanding dues regularly and take action to reduce overdue amounts.
Contractor management
- Support contractor enrolment, point updates, and benefit delivery through dealers under the assigned loyalty program.
- Plan and run product awareness sessions for contractors during new product introductions.
Customer complaint resolution
- Investigate and close dealer-level and customer-level complaints within the required timelines.
Reporting and cross-functional coordination
- Coordinate with other functions such as project sales and services for lead sharing or issue resolution whenever needed.
- Prepare and submit daily visit updates and the territory monthly report.
Education
An MBA is preferred, though candidates with a graduation degree may also be considered.
