Role Overview
An organized and proactive Executive Assistant is needed to deliver broad administrative support and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. This position suits someone who can handle a fast-moving workload, stay detail-oriented, and support team coordination with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of calendar management by arranging meetings, appointments, and scheduling logistics.
- Act as the main contact for questions and requests coming from both internal teams and outside parties.
- Draft, edit, proofread, and format professional correspondence and other office documents.
- Keep digital and physical filing systems well organized while maintaining accurate records.
- Support meeting preparation and follow-through for both in-person and virtual sessions, including agendas, notes, and action items.
- Track office supply inventory, place replenishment orders, and help coordinate equipment servicing.
- Carry out routine administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, and entering data.
Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting an office, administrative, or similar business function.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and related workplace tools.
- Strong organizational habits and solid time-management skills.
- Ability to juggle several priorities at once and consistently meet deadlines.
- Professional communication style with a service-oriented mindset.
Work Schedule
This is a fully onsite role. Standard hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM also accepted.
