Through its technology, innovation, partnerships, and network, Mastercard delivers products and services that help individuals, businesses, and governments reach their full potential.
Role Overview
Mastercard is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Chief Security Officer (CSO), Real-Time Payments and Transfer Solutions Security, and to help coordinate operations across the department. The role also connects into Mastercard’s wider Business Assistant community.
What You'll Do
- Keep a demanding calendar organized by arranging and coordinating meetings.
- Plan domestic and international travel, and complete post-trip expense reports.
- Organize security team meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, room setup, onboarding support, and sharing pre-read materials. Record meeting notes and circulate them as needed.
- Reserve meeting rooms and arrange working lunches when required.
- Handle routine departmental support such as screening emails, tracking follow-ups, and keeping records like organization charts up to date.
- Draft, format, edit, proofread, print, and prepare correspondence, memoranda, reports, and presentations.
- Assist the Office of the CSO with administrative intake tasks, including recruitment coordination with HR and interview scheduling with senior leaders.
- Support first-week onboarding activities for new joiners by collecting profile information and sharing important communications with the Corporate Security and Real-Time Payments and Transfer Solutions teams.
- Help the CRO and Risk Team with meeting coordination, room reservations, and related administrative support.
- Work closely with clients, colleagues, and other executive assistants.
- Welcome visitors and clients professionally.
What We're Looking For
- Comfort using computers and multiple internal software tools.
- Prior administrative experience in a corporate setting, especially with senior or executive stakeholders and customers.
- Strong people skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
- A strong sense of urgency and a results-focused approach.
- Good judgment in identifying priorities and what matters most.
- Careful attention to detail and the ability to manage several tasks at once.
- Confidence working in a busy, changing environment and staying effective under pressure.
Corporate Security Responsibility
Because this role involves access to Mastercard assets, systems, and information, the organization requires every employee or contractor to support security obligations by following internal security policies and practices, protecting confidentiality and integrity, reporting suspected breaches or violations, and completing mandatory security training on schedule.
