Role Overview

The Site Billing Team Member supports project billing by preparing and processing interim and final invoices for subcontractors and vendors, and by helping with client-facing billing tasks. This position focuses on accurate measurement of quantities, proper documentation, and certification of completed work in line with contract clauses, technical specifications, and project schedules. It also works closely with commercial and execution teams to keep billing records up to date, secure timely approvals, and help ensure smooth payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather daily work progress updates from execution teams and site measurement records to build interim and final bills for subcontractors and vendors.
• Cross-check executed quantities on site against the BOQ and technical specifications, and make sure billing uses the correct rates and contractual terms.
• Prepare measurement sheets, joint measurement records (JMRs), and abstract sheets in coordination with site execution and QA/QC teams.
• Support the preparation of client running account (RA) bills using certified progress, contract conditions, and milestone completion.
• Work with contracts and commercial teams to include approved variations, extra items, and change orders in the billing workflow.
