E-Commerce Operations Intern

About the internship

This internship is focused on day-to-day e-commerce operations for Oddgrab, a new unisex fashion brand under MK Enterprises that emphasizes bold, unconventional, and trend-led apparel. The brand positions itself around individuality, premium quality, inclusivity, and distinctive modern styling.

What you will do

• Manage incoming website orders and help keep the order pipeline running smoothly.
• Assist with packing, shipping, and dispatch coordination for outgoing orders.
• Respond to routine customer questions via WhatsApp, email, Instagram, and phone.
• Maintain inventory logs and update operational spreadsheets regularly.
• Support the creation of daily and weekly operations reports.
• Carry out quality checks before shipments are sent out.
• Work with internal teams to ensure day-to-day execution stays on track.
• Take on other related tasks as needed.

Who can apply

This opportunity is open to candidates who can commit to a full-time, in-office internship, are able to begin between 8 Jul 2026 and 12 Aug 2026, can stay for 3 months, and have the relevant skills and interest for the role.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of Shopify or a similar e-commerce platform.
• Familiarity with inventory control and logistics processes.
• Interest in fashion and the e-commerce space.

Additional information

Stipend structure: fixed pay of ₹7,000 to ₹10,000 per month plus incentive pay of ₹2,000 to ₹5,000 per month.
