About the role
Ryanair Engineering Germany GmbH is a wholly owned Ryanair subsidiary based at Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) and established in 2018. The wider Ryanair airline group operates a fleet of 590 modern aircraft, including Boeing 737NG and MAX 10, Boeing 737-8200 Game Changer, and Airbus A320 models, and plans to grow by more than 300 additional aircraft by 2030.
Within Ryanair Engineering Germany, engineers and mechanics support the maintenance of Ryanair aircraft across multiple stations throughout Germany. The company is hiring a Document Controller (m/w/d) for Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) and Nuremberg Airport (NUE).
The role involves working with specialist systems and applications such as AMOS, eLearning, and myboeingfleet.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Check Supervisors to arrange the printing of aircraft check packs.
- Print the check packs and deliver them to the appropriate sections of the aircraft.
- Gather all aircraft documentation after completion and verify that it has been filled out properly.
- Chase missing or incomplete paperwork until it is resolved.
- Make sure all records are scanned, bookmarked, backed up, and added to the aircraft records archive.
- Carry out any additional tasks assigned by a supervisor or manager.
Requirements
- Experience in document control is beneficial.
- Familiarity with AMOS is preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Prior experience working on Boeing aircraft is an advantage.
- Availability to work shifts.
- Valid EU/EEA passport or unrestricted permission to live and work in the European Union.
- Valid EU driver’s licence.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Preferred: valid German security clearance in line with section 7 of the German Aviation Security Act.

Additional information
This position is based in the Berlin Metropolitan Area and is open for the BER and NUE airport locations. The job is a full-time onsite role.
