Role overview
Chobani is looking for a senior executive recruiting leader to run end-to-end hiring for high-level leadership positions across Corporate and Commercial functions such as Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, Communications, Strategy, and related enterprise teams. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to executives, strengthen hiring outcomes through insight and structure, and help Chobani bring in bold, curious, high-impact people who support the company’s mission.
The role calls for someone who can think strategically, tell a compelling talent story, work with discipline, and close searches effectively. You should be comfortable advising senior executives, analyzing competitive talent markets, and managing fast-moving searches in a high-growth environment.
Executive search and delivery
- Own full-cycle recruiting for senior leadership roles at the Sr. Director level and above across Corporate and Commercial areas.
- Create search plans that include target organizations, mapping of prospects, talent pipelines, and tailored outreach messaging.
- Partner with hiring leaders and HR business partners to define role profiles, success measures, and candidate evaluation methods.
- Move searches forward with speed and rigor by sourcing, engaging, evaluating, and advancing candidates through each stage.
- Consistently present strong and diverse candidate slates and reinforce inclusive, equity-centered hiring practices.
Stakeholder partnership
- Advise senior leaders using market data, talent insights, and recruiting expertise to support hiring decisions.
- Guide hiring managers on interview approach, candidate assessment, and decision-making discipline.
- Build productive relationships with partners across People, Compensation, Inclusion & Belonging, Finance, and Communications.
- Keep stakeholders aligned with clear communication, timeline management, and regular progress updates.
Market intelligence and talent strategy
- Stay deeply informed on talent trends in CPG and food & beverage, including competitor structures, compensation patterns, and rising talent.
- Develop proactive talent pipelines for priority roles and future leadership requirements.
- Support executives with input on organization design, succession planning, and external market shifts that may affect growth.
Candidate experience and employer brand
- Deliver a candidate experience that is respectful, transparent, and human-centered.
- Represent Chobani’s mission, culture, and values in every external interaction.
- Ensure candidates leave with a positive impression of the brand, regardless of the outcome.
Search operations and process improvement
- Keep candidate and search information current and accurate in ATS and CRM tools.
- Maintain strong process discipline while identifying ways to improve speed, quality, and consistency.
- Work with talent acquisition operations on reporting, analytics, and search performance insights.
- Coordinate with outside search partners when required and ensure their work reflects Chobani’s standards.
Requirements
- 8 to 12+ years of experience in executive search or senior-level recruiting, ideally with a mix of in-house and retained search firm experience.
- Proven experience hiring Sr. Director-level and above talent across Corporate and/or Commercial functions such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Communications, Strategy, or People.
- Strong commercial judgment and the ability to quickly build knowledge across different business functions.
- Clear evidence of influencing executives, resolving complex hiring challenges, and driving decisions forward.
- A track record of building diverse candidate slates and using inclusive sourcing and assessment approaches.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and relationship-building abilities.
- High sense of urgency, strong ownership, and comfort working in a fast-changing environment.
- Experience in consumer packaged goods or a closely related industry is strongly preferred.
