BOYLE Sports is hiring a Customer Service Assistant for its Killarney retail shop. Reporting to the Shop Manager, this position is centered on delivering a high-quality customer experience while helping the store run smoothly day to day.

The role involves supporting the Shop Manager and wider team, maintaining strong shop standards, handling bets and payments correctly, and contributing to the opening and closing of the business. What you will do

  • Support the Shop Manager and Assistant Manager with everyday shop operations.
  • Take responsibility for running the shop when the Shop Manager and Assistant Manager are absent.
  • Open and close the shop as required.
  • Coordinate and support the shop team during shifts.
  • Follow cash-handling processes carefully.
  • Provide customers with a friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful service at all times.
  • Process customer bets accurately and efficiently using betting terminals, EPOS, and in-shop transactions.
  • Represent the brand positively and guide customers toward multi-channel and digital products and services.
  • Maintain high standards of shop presentation throughout the working day.
