Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join the team in Noida. The role is suited to candidates with prior international BPO exposure and strong English communication abilities.

Key Requirements

A minimum of 1 year of experience in an international BPO setup.
Strong spoken and written English skills for customer interaction.
Education of at least 12th pass or higher.
Working knowledge of MS Office and common internet-based applications.
