Creative Content & Design Coordinator

About the Opportunity

BildGroup is looking for a creative professional who can shape stories around its projects, people, and brand. This is a permanent full-time position based in Campbellfield, Victoria, Australia. The role brings together content creation, visual design, video, and social media in a setting where the work will support major projects and a growing national business.

What You’ll Do

• Develop eye-catching marketing materials for both print and digital use.
• Create capability statements, brochures, presentations, signage, case studies, and promotional items.
• Craft stories that highlight the company’s projects, people, and culture.
• Prepare graphics, digital assets, and campaign materials.
• Track how content performs and suggest ideas to improve results over time.
• Plan, record, and edit video content for social channels, project features, and internal communication.
• Write and refine copy for campaigns, social media, internal updates, and case studies.
• Organise photography sessions and support creative initiatives.
• Oversee the production of print materials, signage, and promotional items.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years of experience in a creative, content, design, or marketing position. Strong design ability across both print and digital formats is important, along with advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

You should also have experience creating social media content, filming and editing video, and writing with clarity and impact. Strong storytelling ability and excellent written communication are key to success in this role.
