About the Role

This opportunity is for a Developer or Senior Developer focused on building and supporting enterprise content and case management solutions with IBM Case Manager, Spring Boot, and FileNet. The role centers on improving content workflows, expanding platform capabilities, and ensuring smooth integration with surrounding systems in a hybrid work setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver solutions with IBM Case Manager that simplify business workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Build reliable, scalable applications using Spring Boot aligned to business needs.
• Use the FileNet P8 Process Engine API to automate process flows and strengthen operational performance.
• Work with the FileNet P8 Content Engine API to store and manage enterprise content efficiently.
• Implement IBM Content Navigator to create easy-to-use interfaces for content management platforms.
• Develop and maintain applications in Java with a focus on performance and stability.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate new solutions into existing environments without disruption.
• Test, troubleshoot, and debug applications to ensure dependable functionality.
• Offer technical assistance for issues involving IBM Case Manager and FileNet technologies.
• Prepare technical documentation and user-facing guides to support knowledge transfer and training.
• Keep current with relevant tools, trends, and best practices to improve solution quality over time.
• Follow internal policies and industry standards across all development work.
• Help improve content management processes that contribute to better business outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of IBM Case Manager and its role in business process management.
• Solid experience with Spring Boot for building scalable applications.
• Hands-on exposure to FileNet P8 Process Engine API for workflow automation.
• Practical experience with FileNet P8 Content Engine API for content handling and storage.
• Ability to work with IBM Content Navigator and build intuitive user interfaces.
• Advanced Java programming capability for application development.
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment is preferred.
• Understanding of content management systems and integration concepts is an advantage.
• IBM Certified Case Manager Developer certification required.
• Java SE 8 Programmer certification required.
