Role overview

TimeXmart, Inc. is looking for a third co-founder and Chief Executive Officer to help scale an AI-native ecosystem built for solopreneurs, individual IP, and a creator-led economy. The business is already well advanced in its first launch stage, with proprietary agent infrastructure, an end-to-end service model, and access to leading AI models.

The founding group includes alumni from Cornell, NYU Stern, and Carnegie Mellon, and the company has been backed personally by the founders with more than $100,000. The goal now is to expand the platform globally and turn the current technical foundation into a commercially successful company.

What this opportunity involves

You would step into a senior founding role with meaningful ownership, decision-making influence, and responsibility for helping shape the architecture, go-to-market direction, and monetization strategy of the platform.

Candidate profile

The company is seeking someone with a strong operator and strategist mindset, someone comfortable leading at the company-building level, and someone who understands the shift from centralized systems to agent-driven ecosystems. A founder mentality, speed of execution, and comfort with early-stage ambiguity are important.

The role also calls for U.S. status or residency to support core operations, strategic business development, and investor relationships within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead company strategy, execution, and overall business direction as a founding CEO.
• Guide product and business scaling efforts across operations, commercialization, and growth.
• Oversee fundraising preparation and investor-facing activity, including early-stage capital strategy.
• Work closely with the founding team and board-level stakeholders on planning and decision-making.
• Shape marketing, sales, partnerships, and broader market expansion efforts.
• Build and manage cross-functional execution across teams, processes, and performance goals.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in management, marketing, finance, or a combination of these functions.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation, or investor relations.
• Strong operations leadership background with oversight of teams and business processes.
• Proven ability to create business plans, define strategy, and execute long-range roadmaps.
• History of driving sales, partnerships, or business development in technology or platform businesses.
• Prior experience leading early-stage or high-growth companies, preferably in AI, digital platforms, or marketplaces.
• Clear communication, inclusive leadership, sound judgment, and strong stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work closely with internal teams and board members.
• Advanced degree in business, finance, technology, or a related area is preferred, or equivalent executive-level experience.
• U.S. status or residency is required for operational and investor-relations needs.
