The job also involves spotting issues in chat outputs, evaluating conversational patterns, and assisting with content requests that support user interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Keep a close watch on chat activity throughout long work blocks of 8 hours or more to make sure conversations stay appropriate and flow naturally.
• Step into conversations from time to time to improve clarity, tone, or reply quality when needed.
• Review and study interaction patterns between users and conversational systems or companions.
• Check how well AI-supported responses perform, noting both effective and weak areas.
• Flag technical glitches or content problems in automated replies so they can be improved over time.
• Coordinate requests for supporting materials, including images or videos, when they are relevant to the interaction.
