CAD Technician

Role Overview

RADISE International is hiring a full-time CAD Technician in the West Palm Beach, FL area, with work locations listed for Deerfield Beach, FL 33442 and Riviera Beach, FL 33404. In this position, you will support engineering teams by developing construction drawings and plan sets for civil infrastructure work. The projects may include water, sewer, drainage, roadway, and site development assignments. What You Will Do

• Draft construction drawings, detailed plans, and technical exhibits for civil engineering projects.
• Create utility, grading, and drainage plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Review markups and redlines from engineers and convert them into updated drawings.
• Support the preparation of plan sets and related documents needed for permitting and construction.
• Work closely with engineers and project managers to keep drawings aligned with project goals and requirements.
• Keep digital files structured and organized while following established CAD standards.
• Deliver accurate, high-quality work while meeting project timelines and deadlines.

What We Are Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience in civil drafting or civil engineering design support.
• Hands-on expertise with AutoCAD Civil 3D, including the most recent version.
• Working knowledge of civil infrastructure systems such as water, sewer, stormwater, and roadways.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail, along with solid organization and time management skills.
• Comfortable working with minimal supervision and taking ownership of tasks.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
