About The WilderKitchen
The WilderKitchen is built around the idea that food can do good as well as taste great. The company behind Wilderbee Hot Honey focuses on creating award-winning products that aim to benefit people, the planet and pollinators.
The brand works with single-origin organic wildflower honey from ethical beekeepers who put bee welfare first, and sources chilli from Rwanda through growers who receive above fair wages while also investing in education and local communities. Sustainability is a core part of the supply chain, and the bottles are made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic. The business is also committed to improving its environmental and social impact over time.
In addition, 2% of profits are donated to Rewilding Britain to support the restoration of forests, rivers, peatlands and wildlife habitats across Britain.
As the company continues to expand across retail and foodservice, it is seeking someone who shares its values and wants to help build a purpose-led business with strong commercial growth and a positive mission.
Role Overview
This is a varied, high-impact role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and keeping multiple moving parts organised. You will work closely with the founders as their operational right hand, helping ensure the business runs smoothly across orders, suppliers, customer support, projects and administration.
The position suits a proactive and adaptable person who enjoys variety and is excited to contribute to a growing brand. The working pattern is full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with remote working and occasional travel where needed. The role starts as soon as possible.
The salary is £35,000 to £45,000 per year, depending on experience.

- Communicate with suppliers regarding production timing and delivery arrangements.
- Resolve operational issues and maintain smooth day-to-day supply chain activity.
- Improve and maintain systems, internal processes and documentation as the business scales.
Client Support and Account Management

- Coordinate client promotions and product information updates.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with important accounts.
Projects and Brand Support

- Handle the administrative steps involved in certification-related projects.
- Work with the founders on strategic ad hoc projects that support business growth.
- Represent The WilderKitchen and WilderBee Hot Honey in a professional, enthusiastic way that reflects the company’s mission and values.
- Develop strong relationships with customers, retailers, suppliers and partners.

- Help promote the brand and its purpose whenever opportunities arise.
Administrative and Financial Support

About You
The ideal candidate is highly organised, comfortable balancing several priorities, and confident working across operations, customer relationships and administration. You should be outgoing, able to manage external relationships well, and comfortable dealing with numbers and invoices.
You will need to be proactive, detail-oriented and adaptable, with the confidence to move between operational, administrative and customer-facing work. A genuine interest in food, sustainability and purpose-led brands is important, along with the professionalism to represent the business at meetings, tastings and events.
Desirable Background
Previous experience in operations or supply chain work, especially within food and drink, would be helpful but is not essential. Experience with invoicing, stock management or order processing would also be an advantage, and familiarity with tools such as Xero or similar systems would be beneficial.
