Role overview
This position is focused on accelerating growth across Australia and New Zealand, with particular attention on civil works, infrastructure, and major construction programs. The role plays a key part in widening the company’s reach in core markets and building stronger connections with Tier 1 and Tier 2 builders as well as large project teams.
You will help expand an existing market footprint by developing a strong pipeline, nurturing industry relationships, and supporting broader growth across civil and construction accounts. Working alongside sales leadership, you will engage important stakeholders, encourage adoption of new product features, and contribute directly to revenue generation on major projects.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deepen relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 builders, developers, and project stakeholders.
- Research target companies, infrastructure opportunities, and influential decision-makers across Australia and New Zealand.
- Create pipeline opportunities through outbound outreach such as phone calls, email campaigns, and professional networking platforms.
- Secure well-qualified meetings with senior stakeholders and project teams.
- Support expansion in civil and construction markets, including helping drive adoption of new features.
- Keep CRM records and pipeline activity accurate and up to date.
- Work closely with Account Executives to move opportunities forward efficiently.
- Stay current on developments in construction, infrastructure, and compliance-related matters.
Ideal profile
The right candidate will be confident making cold calls and pursuing outbound opportunities. Clear, persuasive communication across calls, email, and stakeholder conversations is essential. The role also suits someone who can research ICP accounts, understand complex organizations, and work with focus in a fast-moving, commercially driven setting.
Experience or exposure to construction, infrastructure, logistics, or Chain of Responsibility (CoR) is considered an advantage. Early-career applicants with strong potential, drive, and a desire to grow are welcome to apply.
What is offered
- Unlimited commission potential with strong earning upside.
- A defined path toward Account Executive and more senior commercial positions.
- Direct access to experienced leaders and hands-on mentorship.
- The chance to work on substantial infrastructure and construction projects.
- A positive office environment with hybrid flexibility in Sydney.
- A high-growth setting where strong performance is acknowledged and rewarded.
