Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive opportunity based in Surat, Gujarat. The role is open to both freshers and candidates with prior experience, and the team is hiring for 3 openings.
Technical Skills Needed
The position calls for working knowledge of CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce, comfort with MS Office tools, familiarity with email marketing platforms, and a basic grasp of IT and software services.
Key Responsibilities
- Spot new opportunities for growth and build strategic relationships with potential clients.
- Handle client conversations, strengthen long-term relationships, and bring in qualified leads.
- Draft detailed proposals, lead presentations that persuade stakeholders, and support contract negotiations.
- Work closely with technical teams to understand client expectations and ensure they are addressed properly.
- Consistently meet monthly and quarterly business development goals.
