The Role
This opening is for an Associate in HR Operations within the CBS - TAL - Talent Development team in New Delhi. The role supports talent development and employee-focused initiatives in a corporate HR setting.
Team Overview
The Talent team helps shape employee experience and supports the wider business with people-focused solutions. It works across functions and service lines to strengthen strategy, deliver value-added HR support, and bring the company’s employer promise to life.
The team works across several areas, including business partnering, talent acquisition, learning and development, mobility, compensation and benefits, HR systems, operations, people data reporting, and analytics. It also uses HR technology, projects, and processes to help the business respond to changing needs.
Key Responsibilities
The role calls for operational support in talent development and HR processes, with an emphasis on accuracy, consistency, and practical execution.
- Support talent development operations within a corporate HR environment.
- Contribute to employee wellbeing initiatives using an evidence-based and psychology-informed approach.
- Apply consulting-style problem solving to understand needs and design suitable HR solutions.
- Assist with corporate wellbeing programs and engagement activities that improve employee experience.
- Coordinate and carry out talent development processes with strong operational discipline.

Qualification and Experience
